Mardi Gras Seafood is located about 1 mile south of the Walmart on Hwy 271 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Experience south Louisiana cusine and atmosphere without traveling all the way to New Orleans. Mardi Gras Seafood was established by Terry and Sharon Cameron in 2005, selling and delivering live Louisiana crawfish to restaurants and roadside crawfish stands all over east Texas and the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. Mardi Gras Seafood Restaurant opened in October of 2006 with boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp, gumbo, crawfish etouffee all types of cajun food.

Later Mardi Gras acquired a Texas beer and wine license, added cajun ribeye steaks to the menu and began serving ice cold beer, muscadine wine and frozen margaritas. Local Karaoke singers entertain the crowds every Thursday night and Live bands perform most Saturday nights. Mardi Gras Seafood is a licensed Texas and Louisiana Seafood Dealer and still delivers live Louisiana crawfish all over east Texas and the DFW Metroplex.
